- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $50, with a minimum charge of one hour. For small jobs that take less than an hour, the full hourly rate still applies. For larger projects, I charge based on actual time spent. Please note that this rate does not include sales tax, which is added based on your location, as required by Washington State law. The sales tax is typically around 10% and is calculated based on the total cost of labor and materials. The exact percentage may vary slightly depending on your city. Pricing may also vary depending on the complexity or risk of the work — for example, projects that involve working at height or require specialized tools and materials. In such cases, we’ll agree on a fair price ahead of time. I always aim to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and respect for your home and time.
