Dog Training
Within the first 2 sessions working with Dion, not only is my dog considerable more well behaved, but I am also learning about the philosophy behind successful training. I look forward to each session and the new skills my dog as well as myself learn.

Dog Training
Haven’t started our training yet but we are very excited to work with Dion. Have spoken with him multiple times and am very confident he will be able to get our dogs trained and teach us what we need to know. Very professional and accommodating. Has answered all questions and given tips for our puppy.

Dog Training
Dion is excellent and very professional. He understands how dogs operate and relates it to you in a very unique way. I recently have gotten a German Shepherd puppy and I have an 8 year old rescue who has been very timid and fearful most of her life. She is now really coming out of her shell and my German Shepherd puppy has been much more manageable. I am able to walk both dogs with ease and we are looking forward to moving my German Shepherd max into protection work. We are only about halfway through Package, but I am really enjoying working the techniques and training principles Dion has showed us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to getting training for their dog wether it's specialized or just basic obedience and have already steered many co-workers and friends to his website and shown the success Ive had with my two dogs.

Dog Training
Two years ago I rescued Gilbert, a truly remarkable but quirky and energetic dog. My best friend thinks he was struck by lightning as a puppy, only partly in jest. I think I did a great job raising him, but Dion has been a revelation. He's given me such an amazing set of tools to help Gilbert and me and our roommates all live together more happily. In part this was Dion correcting mistakes I didn't realize I was making, like using a harness despite Gilbert pulling all the time, but more than that Dion helped me understand how Gilbert thinks. I remember thinking, confused, how can it be that a stranger understands my dog better than me? It's a testament to Dion that he does. He also understands me as a dog owner, and has been empathetic and accommodating of who I am and what I want from owning a dog. I cannot recommend Dion enough. If all you want it to correct minor inconvenient behavior, he's your trainer. If you want to get your dog off leash on trails, he's your trainer. And, though I don't want to take Gilbert to dog shows or through agility exercises, I believe if you do Dion is also your trainer. For your sake and your dog's sake, spend an hour with him. You'll look back and wonder why you spent so long not properly training your dog.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our focus is on dog owners and their dogs. We do offer standard prices and fees which are posted on our websites, but we also offer discounts and custom fees when the occasion calls for it (holidays etc.). We also work on a personalized fee schedule for those owners who require help with their dog on an in-home, or other basis. Contact us for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We interview all new customers and evaluate every dog to find out what their concerns and needs are, and to evaluate their dog to see where he/she is in their socialization. We believe all dogs and their owners have a unique relationship and we like to see what that relationship is and how we can help. We never make assumptions about where a dog, or an owner is. Contact us for a free phone consultation and to ask about our classes and package offers.
- What types of customers have you worked with? We’ve worked with a variety of customers, from seniors to millennials, and police K-9 officers and college students. We’ve had families and kids, and a variety of experience - from first time dog owners to life long dog owners. The one thing they all have in common is our customers tend to be people who love their dogs and want the best for them. “The best” involves training, socialization, and learning how to best work with each other. Anyone, male or female, young or old, able-bodied or other-challenged is who we work with. The one thing we ask of our customers is that they take training seriously.
