Dion is really, really good at what he does. He was patient with our kids, who were part of the training process, and with our Pup. Each session we all learned something new, practiced it and then used it before the next session. Without question we would work with Dion again if we get another puppy.

Within the first 2 sessions working with Dion, not only is my dog considerable more well behaved, but I am also learning about the philosophy behind successful training. I look forward to each session and the new skills my dog as well as myself learn.

Tried two other trainers before Dion, neither understood my dogs. Dion did an amazing job working with me and my dogs. He did a great job training me how to handle my two crazy bull terriers. Will only be using Dion for future training needs.

Very happy with the work Dion has done with our new pup. He is responding very well to the methods employed. Dion seem very good at identifying dog personality traits and how best to go about getting results. He is very direct and to the point which we see very much as a positive in this sort of job. Would highly recommend his services. The training is more expensive than other options out there, but after multiple conversations with other trainers, he seemed like the best fit for our needs. Other trainers interviewed told us many of the behaviors our dog was exhibiting may not be trainable. Dion was up to the task and has done an excellent job.

I brought my dog, who has had some behavioral issues, to Dion. He pinpointed the causes, worked with me to resolve them, and I have noticed significant progress.
He has also showed me just a few basic things, and literally in minutes my dog was not yanking me all over the place. I went to his eight-week program over the summer and intend to go back for more training when I recover from a skiing injury. Even with one leg in a brace, I can walk my dog without worrying she will suddenly yank me down. I think his philosophy is great, not relying entirely on treats to get your dog to behave. If the latter was the case, then what do you do when you run out of treats?
They are busy, but I highly suggest you call them. Put it this way, I live in DTC and I was more than willing to make the trip.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our focus is on dog owners and their dogs. We do offer standard prices and fees which are posted on our websites, but we also offer discounts and custom fees when the occasion calls for it (holidays etc.). We also work on a personalized fee schedule for those owners who require help with their dog on an in-home, or other basis. Contact us for more details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interview all new customers and evaluate every dog to find out what their concerns and needs are, and to evaluate their dog to see where he/she is in their socialization. We believe all dogs and their owners have a unique relationship and we like to see what that relationship is and how we can help. We never make assumptions about where a dog, or an owner is. Contact us for a free phone consultation and to ask about our classes and package offers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a variety of customers, from seniors to millennials, and police K-9 officers and college students. We’ve had families and kids, and a variety of experience - from first time dog owners to life long dog owners. The one thing they all have in common is our customers tend to be people who love their dogs and want the best for them. “The best” involves training, socialization, and learning how to best work with each other. Anyone, male or female, young or old, able-bodied or other-challenged is who we work with. The one thing we ask of our customers is that they take training seriously.
