I had a great experience with Jessica. She was very knowledgeable about both my dogs. And made me feel at ease throughout the process of training them. My pups and I look forward to continue working with her.Jan 10, 2019VerifiedPack in Harmony Dog Training and Behavior's reply
Thank you for your review! I look forward to continuing our work with your dogs!
Jessica was great. It was our first session. She is very knowledgeable and was great with our dog. She gave us solid information and training exercises to practice on our dog. She definitely knows what she is doing. We are looking forward to practicing with Bam Bam and our next visit with Jessica. We would highly recommend Jessica.Jun 11, 2018VerifiedPack in Harmony Dog Training and Behavior's reply

Thank you for your review. It was great working with you and your pup- keep up the good work!
Hiring Jessica at Pack in Harmony was the best decision I have made in a very long time. We were struggling with the hyper and over reactive 17 mos old Aussie -Murphy -and the stubbornness of our 11 year old Aussie -Eva. Obedience training went very well but after turning 1 year Murphy became very excitable and unwalkable. I picked Pack in Harmony because I love the philosophy behind Cesar Milan’s training. Giving the dog the pack leader they need to be the happiest best dog they can be. Jessica did just that! She came to my home (1 1/2 hours away), arrived promptly and was so professional. After one session we noticed immediate results! After the third session it seems like we have a new dog. I am able to walk both dogs at the same time, meet other dogs, have company without a circus and take them to restaurants. And I know should I ever hit another roadblock I have a trained professional to reach out to. I am no longer stressed about how my dogs will behave. I am the pack leader. Thank you Jessica❤️.Sep 16, 2019VerifiedPack in Harmony Dog Training and Behavior's reply

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During the first session, I ask for the customer's goals and work on an issue of concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’ve successfully completed Training Cesar's Way- Fundamentals of Dog Training and Behavior 1 at the Dog Psychology Center. The program was headed by world renowned dog behaviorist, Cesar Millan (aka the Dog Whisperer). I've also had the opportunity to shadow two dog trainers in NYC and Denver and have taken a dog psychology course. Running a dog rescue has helped me in learning the interactions between dogs and how to resolve issues. I am a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP).
