Zac was amazing with three generations of people and three different generations of dogs, he helped ease our mind as we are raising a puppy amongst older dogs and a cat. Zac listened to our family’s concerns and took the time to get to know our two dogs. I appreciated he used training systems we already had in place to teach our two dogs new things. He has followed up with us multiple times since we first met and has continued to provide guidance. I like that he is continuing a relationship with us for the well being of our dogs

Absolutely amazing, I was beyond nervous and anxious about my dog being slightly aggressive, but Zac was very helpful and showed me how to handle everything! Definitely if your looking for some help training Zac should be who you go to!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m always fair with my pricing. I’m cheaper than others without sacrificing positive results, quality service, and well behaved/trained dogs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally set up a free consultation at their home, then go from there. My sessions typically range from 2-4 pending on the case. I’ve done it in one on several occasions too. There’s never a contract. I’ll give suggestions on what to do, but I leave the client to decide when the training is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the training program at Dumb Friends League for quite some time now, I’ve taken online classes for training along with regular in room classes, and I’m very well read on several training methods and behavioral patterns.
