We take steps beyond just simply "showing up". We always text, email, or communicate directly with every client after each visit.

We also do not have key pickup/dropoff, meeting, or holiday fees so that we can build strong, ongoing relationships with our regular and occasional clientele.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

It's impossible to have a bad day when the first things on your work schedule include getting kisses from a 12-week old puppy and playing fetch in the park.

My work also allows me to spend a wonderful amount of quality time with my own family.

    This company is amazing - reliable, trustworthy, and extremely supportive with changing schedules and last minute requests. Not only do they offer their services for a VERY reasonable price, but have extended what they offer beyond just a simple walk (checking in on sick pets, dispensing medication and/or shots, etc). I couldn't be happier with them, and am happy to say after 2 years how I haven't had a single issue arise.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. The most frequent service requests we receive are for midday and midafternoon visits/walks that help our furry clients know that someone will be there during the day to take them outside and give them some love and attention.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Always do your homework. Checking references and meeting face-to-face (more than once if necessary) prior to beginning services will help you and your pets feel infinitely better about the situation once services begin.

Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A. I began my own business because I wanted to be able to invest myself (personally & professionally) fully in a company and to be able to see and feel the results without diluting it through an existing structure, corporate or otherwise.
