I hired this plumber to put in the plumbing for the bar sink, bathroom sink and toilet. He came out to look at the job first to give an accurate quote. Then, he came out to do the job a couple of days later. At that time, he realized the plumbing pipe was a little high and needed a shorter drain. So, he couldn’t finish the work. Since he didn’t measure the pipe height on the initial trip, he was going to charge for another trip out after we got the shorter drain. A couple days later, we noticed the toilet was leaking, so I texted him to let him know about it. The following day, he came back out to fix the leak along with the damage it did and also put in the shorter drain. I didn’t know it needed a studor vent until the inspector came out and said it’s code. The plumber just assumed it was already in the wall without checking for it. Unfortunately, he didn’t come back out to put the vent in. I’m not a plumber that’s why I hired one. I wouldn’t recommend this plumber as you want a contractor to give an accurate quote on the initial trip or at least take responsibility for his errors.
