- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free onsite estimates for each job. There is no charge if you do not hire us for a job. Our prices are flat rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ask what problem the customer is having over the phone and schedule a free estimate to diagnose the problem onsite. If the customer approves our quote onsite we can start work during the same appointment in most cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 Years experience, Master Plumber License in Colorado. We are also licensed and bonded with all city municipalities in the area to do service line replacements in yards or streets.
