Brian came up to our 3rd floor apartment and cleaned our couch, which the dogs had been sleeping on. Although he quoted us his standard $10 per foot of couch, he charged us less because it really was just the cushions he was cleaning. He was pleasant and did a great job! I will call him again when it is time to get the carpet cleaned.

I hired Brian to clean our vents and dryer duct. He showed up just before our scheduled appointment at 9am (even though he had to drive from Lakewood to our home in Highlands Ranch). We did a quick walk-around to verify the number of vents and air returns then he gave me a firm price. He explained his process (spinning brush with vacuum) and said it would be about 3 1/2 hours. He put protective stanchions at all the corners to protect the paint from the hose and also at all the stair posts. He completed the work at 12:30 and left no messes or carpet stains. He showed me the material that made it through his filters which does not include larger items like construction debris (we had several in home construction projects since the last vent cleaning).

Great job on the upholstery and carpet. The owner Brian Meunier was 100% professional and rang the door bell at exactly 1:00 PM as promised. I have two cats and after Brian cleaned the carpets and couch, everything looked new again.
