On-site visits & estimates are billed at a $150 service call. Which covers the first hour of service and/or estimate walkthrough.
If the estimate moves forward, the $150 service call is fully credited toward the final invoice.

Ideal for focused installations, multi-item punch lists, Airbnb turnovers, property prep, and repair work where execution—not guesswork—matters.
Full Day –
Starting at $2,500 (typically 2–3 technicians)
Ideal for larger scopes, Airbnb and rental turnovers, multi-room work, mixed trades, or projects that benefit from uninterrupted, start-to-finish execution in a single day.
