Orlando came out and not only diagnosed the issue but gave some suggestions and advice. It wasn't the normal " do this or you will die' doomsday advice. It was a lot of preventable and what to look out for advice.

First, I called back to ask for a photo of the person coming to my home. That is critical nowadays. I was surprised that you had time to place a picture of the person arriving at my home; I truly appreciated that. Temo arrived timely, told me his qualifications, asked a few questions, and then began work immediately. After finishing, he came back and explained the issues. Two others had come before and wanted an exorbitant amount of money. I appreciate Temo's honesty because it was a simple issue.
