My 26 year old water heater started to leak. I had a few contractors out to take a look. I opted to go with Pulse because Jordan offered a couple alternatives as well as offering a more complete replacement also changing out some old valves proactively while the system was out. I took advantage of the Xcel rebate moving from gas to a hybrid electric water heater as one of the options Jordan provided. Jordan did the plumbing work and Nick took care of the electric. Overall, it was a great experience. Jordan and Nick were timely, personable, and thorough. The installation looks a performs at a high level. They obviously have a lot of pride in their work. City inspector was out this morning and approved right away. Pulse is also taking care of submitting the rebate to Xcel. Thanks guys, it was a pleasure working with you.

Showed up when they said they would, noted the problem was a very simple fix and only took 15 minutes. So they elected not to charge me anything! Just ask that we please remember them if larger needs to come up! I was pleasantly shocked at how honest and nice they were!

First, I called back to ask for a photo of the person coming to my home. That is critical nowadays. I was surprised that you had time to place a picture of the person arriving at my home; I truly appreciated that. Temo arrived timely, told me his qualifications, asked a few questions, and then began work immediately. After finishing, he came back and explained the issues. Two others had come before and wanted an exorbitant amount of money. I appreciate Temo's honesty because it was a simple issue.
