- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because electrical projects can vary in size, we give free in-person estimates to give you the most accurate, fair price. We offer senior & military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after a new customer contacts us, we gather information and set up a time to complete a free estimate. After the in-person estimate is complete, we will follow-up with the customer regarding price, scheduling, and next-steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Master Electrician has over 40 years experience and founded the company in 1976. Our technicians are licensed at their current levels & continue their education to advance their experience.
