- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices that I send out INCLUDE truck roll/troubleshooting fees that cover insurance and such. Also, when I request for a job, I will denote if the price sent includes materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, getting on the same page largely mitigates any issues, so a phone call is always the first step. Itry to get as much information about the job before I head out. This minimizes trips to the hardware store and limits hard feelings due to bad or incomplete information. The next step is finding an availability. I enjoy a quick turnaround, ideally within 24 hours of first contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have acquired my RW electrical license and have completed the coursework for my NABCEP.
