Jill was very professional and very easy to work with. She took the time to drive from Denver to Ft. Collins to check out the sites before the event to get a good idea of where the best photos would be. We love both our engagement and wedding photos and are very pleased with the how they turned out. She also had a very quick turn around time so we didn't have to wait very long for either.

Jill is absolutely amazing! We met her for a drink prior to booking and she was so warm, friendly, and easy-going, that we immediately felt comfortable and after seeing her amazing portfolio we knew we had to have her shoot our wedding. She did both our engagement and wedding photos and they were phenomenal! I did not really have a plan or list of pictures that I wanted besides the general family and bridal party shots and she captured everything perfectly, despite the fact that we took many of our pictures in really bright light. She put up with a drunken obnoxious groomsman, us having our dogs in the wedding, and my crazy family all with a smile. She also found a great 2nd photographer to help her for the day of our wedding as I requested, AND stayed at the reception all night on her own time to take photos of the party. She clearly loves what she does and is an incredibly talented, hard-working, and caring artist who really wants you to love your pictures. You will be so happy you picked Jill as your wedding photographer!

Amazingly talented rising star. We hired Jill for our wedding and engagement photos. We are not the most photogenic couple but Jill can capture so much emotion and made us look great. Pleasure to work with. Friends hired her also and they were just as impressed/happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person. Or with Skype if they live out-of-state. I think getting to know your wedding photographer is a good idea since they'll be with you for at least 8 hours on the most important day of your life! I wouldn't want a stranger at my wedding. I love meeting for drinks with clients and I love engagement shoots so that I can get to know them further.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I'm constantly downloading new photography trends and tips and I follow all the top leaders in wedding photography.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I asked for a camera for my 8th birthday. My mother was an artist and she taught me everything I know--still does!
