- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized to every customer depending on your needs and the amount of work needed to properly complete the job. When you reach out to us, we will schedule a time to evaluate the work needed and provide you with a detailed estimate that has the breakdown of labor, materials, colors and timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple: Step 1: Initial Call The purpose of this call is to gain a general understanding of the job and schedule an estimate. Step 2: Perform the Estimate We will conduct a thorough evaluation of the work needed to be completed and provide a written estimate. Step 3: Schedule a Date & Time Upon approval of the estimate, we will schedule a date and time to start the job. Step 4: Doing the Job On the date we scheduled, we will prep, mask and paint outlined in the estimate. Step 5: Perform a Walk Around Inspection When the work has been completed, your dedicated project manager will walk around the house with you and inspect the work performed to make sure you are completely satisfied. Step 6: Post Project Survey & Follow Up A week after the job, we will call you to make sure we have met your expectations and ask you to fill out a short survey so we can continuously improve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our teams has a dedicated foreman who has at least 5+ years experience painting homes and each of our workers has at least 2 years experience.
