Schedule a Date: upon approval - we will schedule a time to start work. 3. Doing the Job: prep -> mask -> paint -> cleanup 4. Follow Up Survey: We want to know how we did and what we could do better so we will send you a survey after the job for your feedback. All-Inclusive Warranty Info Our warranty covers more than most companies. Here are some things our warranty covers that other companies do not: Cost of materials Cost of labor Wood Windows Horizontal Surfaces (where snow builds up) Where the siding meets the roofline Bottom 3 Siding Boards of the House (where sprinklers may hit?) Homestar was amazing! They worked hard on my old house and made it shine. Al and his team are so hard working. They didn't cut any corners and treated my little house like it was a mansion. Working with Michael was wonderful. He was so organized, the system made sense, the details were all there, and I appreciated him promptness. Selvin was terrific- painter, communicator, friendly. Al was really great to work with as well - made me feel like I was in good hands. They painted an entire condo and it looks so wonderful. Really good quality. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience working with Michael, Al, and their crew! Decided we wanted to paint the entire interior of our new house the day we moved in and Michael was able to turn the whole thing around (booking, walk through, paint selection, masking, 3 coats of paint, & full cleanup) within 48 hours! Legendary! Walls are looking so fresh & so clean- 100% recommend

Interior Painting

We hired the HomeStar Painting team to paint our stairway and living/dining room, including ceilings. The walls in the stairway are 18ft high so hiring a professional was definitely necessary. The team worked quickly (I think they were done in less than 6 hours) but took the time to protect our belongings and cleaned up after. We were very happy with the end result.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is customized to every customer depending on your needs and the amount of work needed to properly complete the job. When you reach out to us, we will schedule a time to evaluate the work needed and provide you with a detailed estimate that has the breakdown of labor, materials, colors and timeline.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our process is simple: Step 1: Initial Call The purpose of this call is to gain a general understanding of the job and schedule an estimate. Step 2: Perform the Estimate We will conduct a thorough evaluation of the work needed to be completed and provide a written estimate. Step 3: Schedule a Date & Time Upon approval of the estimate, we will schedule a date and time to start the job. Step 4: Doing the Job On the date we scheduled, we will prep, mask and paint outlined in the estimate. Step 5: Perform a Walk Around Inspection When the work has been completed, your dedicated project manager will walk around the house with you and inspect the work performed to make sure you are completely satisfied. Step 6: Post Project Survey & Follow Up A week after the job, we will call you to make sure we have met your expectations and ask you to fill out a short survey so we can continuously improve.

    Each of our teams has a dedicated foreman who has at least 5+ years experience painting homes and each of our workers has at least 2 years experience.
