- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system varies with the size of the house and in some cases travel time, but we do offer a price match guarantee so if you find something better, let us know and we'll match it. It's not often that people find a better price than what we offer for our guaranteed treatments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by asking a lot of questions so we can get a good understanding of the customer, their problem, and what they're looking for. We then present our options and let the customer choose the one that works best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in pest control for 14 years now. Along with that, I generally travel to 2-3 national conferences a year to make sure I'm up to speed on all the best practices for pest control. Then our office has regular meetings to make sure those practices are implemented.
