FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. $75 an hour for a minimum of two hours and $60 per hour after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Face painting is such a great occupation in that you take and give equally within the face painting community. There are dedicated youtube channels, facebook and web pages. We share techniques, ask and answer questions, support and promote each other. I am constantly learning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began painting my children's faces when they were toddlers, some 10 years ago. In Colorado you never know what the weather will be for Halloween so I decided to make their faces the focal point of their costumes. I then was asked to paint for school carnivals and non-profit events which led me to decide to start face painting as a business.
