There are many cleaners and fence construction companies, some good and some not so good. I consider my company one of the good ones because to borrow from another cleaner, "we clean to please". Whether it is cleaning or fence construction/repairs we are not happy until you are happy. We don't want to be just another cleaning or fence company. We try hard to make our prices competitive. If price is the issue, we can negotiate.

I need my fencerepaired because it was sagging. I'm relatively new home owner and don't know much about fence or fixing it. I negotiated with this guy by message and I swear it was like by the time I got home from work he was already done. Then he did a really nice job on the staining making it look seamless. He even painted the back otherside of the replaced section until I'm assuming he ran out of stain. That last part was out of scope. This guy is great!

I think this guy did a great job. He replaced a 34 foot wooden fence with steel vertical rails with an a wood fence. The original fence had warped wood which caused the vertical rails to fall out. The original fence wasn’t perpendicular either. He replaced the 7 posts and replaced the old wood rails and metal vertical rails with 3 horizontal rails and stained them. He worked slowly snd methodically and produced a good result. There was confusion about the staining cost resulting in me paying more than expected. I am satisfied with the job though and recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Have a set price for floors in regular condition. If there are tough stains or conditions which takes more time than normal, an additional charge would apply.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I would call or text them to get details. If more details are required, I would arrange for a visit. My visit consists of viewing the project, taking measurements, etc. I would then get the customer's email address and send them a detailed quote. My visits are free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory trained on equipment and with the usage of chemicals.
