- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduating my 500 hour teacher training course in December 2014, which is essentially the masters degree of teaching yoga. I am also continually participating in workshops and continuing education to better myself, my own practice, and my teaching.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was not fulfilled working in an office and I needed more. I have always loved and been passionate about yoga and it all just came together.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you find someone you are comfortable with. It is so important to feel at ease when putting yourself in a potentially vulnerable position if you are new to yoga.
