Our small family owned business is dedicated to every client we have as one of our own. We do our best to eliminate the normal problems clients have with large companies that they can never get consistent help from. Hardwood flooring and general home repair work is in art in itself and poorly portrayed as just labor. The things you can do and the situations you come across everyday are different. I can actually say that I look forward to what each new day brings.

Taylor Freeman came out today and hung 4 large whiteboards. He was in constant communication with me earlier in the morning and let me know when he was on the way, which was perfect. He was great. He got everything done exactly like we needed it to be. He was fast, courteous, and just a pleasure to work with. I will be using him again for any of my business or home handyman needs. Board by Board Flooring did a great job! They were very professional and very detail oriented and very FAST when it came to getting the work done. Jeff is very knowledgeable and the finish product was everything I wanted to see. If you are looking for a great floor with precision craftsmanship they will get the job done. I will definitely use them in the future if I have another project. Thanks guys!

I wish I didn't need to leave a negative review. I tried working with them and everything. Apparently, Jeff has a drug problem & had to go to rehab. Once they completed 75% of the work, they never showed up again to finish. I still have my baseboards, trimming, & bathrooms to complete. Part of this is my fault. I paid them after 75% of the work was completed. I am a single mom, trying to make our home better for my kids but they took advantage. I am out $1200 because of them. I talked to Kyle multiple times but all he did was lie. He said he would come by & finish & bring the supplies I paid for but of course he never showed. This has been several months that I have been trying to get them to complete this work because I don't have the money to pay someone else to do it.

This was a terrible experience. I am still waiting to get my money back from this company. I hired this company to install an in ground basketball hoop in January that they assured me they had done before. Jeff and Kyle Nadeau are who I worked with. They asked for half of the money up front to buy supplies. I gave them the money and they said they needed to purchase supplies and would be back in an hour. 4 hours go by and no sign of them. I called and they wouldn't answer or return my calls. I contacted Thumbtack and then Jeff finally contacted me. He said the job was harder than they thought and they needed to charge me three times as much. I said I wanted my money back. Jeff promised to drop my money off but it is now at the end of March and I have yet to receive my money. I am just glad that I took a picture of their license plate and have kept all of their email correspondence so I can pursue this further to get my money back. I would not trust this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually by the square foot and material is usually included in that pricing. Specialty work and side work are added on and usually a flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation to every customer looking to do a project. We then draw up a proposal and review it with the client. After the proposal is signed we immediately get materials on site prior to the install date and we prepare for the installation. The installation is completed and a final walkthru with the homeowner is done for any final details. The completion waiver is signed and payment is made on the remaining balance
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30years of combined experience in the tile and hardwood field. We have certifications from the NWFA and the National Tile Association
