We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Ponderosa Heating and Air Conditioning for our recent furnace and AC installation. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
The installation itself was seamless and efficient. What truly impressed me was Jon and Jerry's attention to detail. They identified that our existing ductwork for the water heater was undersized and proactively replaced it. This level of thoroughness speaks volumes about their commitment to doing the job right.
I also want to specifically commend their electrician, Carl. He went above and beyond in ensuring a clean and professional installation of the exterior electrical for the new AC unit. He also installed a dedicated direct circuit for the furnace and his meticulous work was outstanding.
Ponderosa Heating and Air Conditioning provided exceptional service, addressed potential problems we weren't even aware of, and delivered on their promises. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling services. Five stars all the way!

They have been maintaining our old 47 year old furnace, 15 year old ac and water heater.
Prompt service and great value even on weekends and holidays . I had them out on Easter Day for a small repair!
