- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat rate pricing. All my cost of business are pro rated into the amount. All pricing is talked about before the job is complete. Customer does not pay unless they are satisfied with service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with new customers is the same as working with customers I worked with for years. We will always arrive on time or notify when we’re running late. We will update you every step of the way. When we are completed with the job we always make sure you are satisfied.
