Horrible Experience – Completely Unprofessional I contacted Ried Services over a week ago to help assemble a small bedframe and desk as a surprise for my son’s birthday. I clearly communicated the timeline and emphasized that the job needed to be done before my son got home from school. Jay promised he would show up and take care of it. Not only did he not show up, but he also never called, texted, or gave any explanation. To make matters worse, he blocked me without warning or reason. It was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. This was a time-sensitive and meaningful task for me, and his flakiness ruined what should have been a special moment. Do yourself a favor—do not hire this guy. He will disappear on you just like he did with me. I highly advise against hiring Jay from Reed Services.
