What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote and charge per lineal foot of Wall installed instead of square feet. We feel this is an easier process for the client to grasp in the context of what we do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 3 step process. You start with a Design Coordinator to figure out the scope of the project, then we prefab your necessary components while the DC verifies details of your space on-site or virtually, then we deliver your kit and assist you getting it installed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in Building Construction with a minor in Real Estate from Virginia Tech.
