Moses contacted me immediately and came within an hour of my call. Cheerful and helpful. Suggested I install 1 spring instead of 2 which was cheaper; drilled holes in the existing bracket holder rather than replacing with a new one. Finished in 30mins and works great. Could I have done this myself? Yes but I would have spent more on parts.
