- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential Garage Door Customers - We have a $99 service call fee to come to your home plus installed parts. Re-programming remotes is a $49 service call fee plus remotes (if needed). If you would just like an assessment on the cost of the repairs, it is a $49 service call fee. For panel replacement quotes and new garage door quotes, we provide free estimates. We offer financing options as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and our goal is to earn your business for life. We are a people company that repairs garage doors. When a customer reaches out to us for help to service or repair their garage door, we collect all information about their garage door system challenges and schedule an appointment to have one of our expert technicians come to their home. Our vans carry all common parts and equipment to fix your garage door. Most repairs can be done the same-day. Give us a call today.

We have been in business for 30 years servicing, repairing and installing garage doors. All of our technicians are trained on repair vs replacement. This skill ensures customers are getting quality workmanship and consistency each and every time.
