Can’t recommend J Saenz Construction enough. They replaced and reframed my front door in my 1920s house, and what looked like a simple job turned into a complete nightmare once they opened everything up. Instead of cutting corners or making excuses, they figured it out, reframed everything correctly, and got the new door installed perfectly. The quality of the work is excellent, they were great to work with, and it’s obvious they take pride in doing things the right way. If you’ve got an older house and need someone who can actually solve problems instead of just installing parts, these are your guys.
