Jason, Mario, and their team did incredible work on our deck. From beginning to end they were great to work with. They started a group chat with me and my wife which made communication very easy and I always felt in the loop. They worked ahead of schedule for most of the project, and the only delays were due to inspector scheduling which was out of their control. The final product looks terrific, we are very excited to use our new deck this summer! Before and after pics included.

It isn't every company that will step in and finish something someone else started, and we sincerely thank Trio, and Tyler and Andrea, for not only their willingness to pick up and finish an unfinished job, but also for giving us the peace of mind that we made the right choice.Our project was not big, but it was important and both Tyler and Andrea knew that from the first time they came to the house. They noticed the little things, paid attention when we talked to them, and it showed up in their bid. Trio was not the lowest bid we received, but Trio's bid included details that the others didn't and showed us that Tyler and Andrea were truly engaged and listening when we told them our needs. You can find companies that will do the work for less, but you'll be hard pressed to find a company that cares more and delivers what they promised.We had a bad experience that left us without a functioning deck for more than 3 months. After we accepted Trio's bid, it was only two weeks until the deck was basically finished. We received regular updates on the status of our project, when materials were to be delivered, when to expect the work crews, and when the city would be here for the final inspection--everything we needed to know when we needed to know it.We truly love the new deck and especially the stairs and new cement pad. If we have one regret it's that we didn't have a bigger project. We genuinely love the new deck and look forward to the next time we can call Trio to help us with whatever we need--because we will!Thank you, Trio! Thank you Tyler and Andrea!
