- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To listen closely to the details of what the customer wants to be completed. Schedule a time to complete the work. Order the supplies needed and pick them up complete the work in a timely and quality way, inspect my work and double check that everything is done correctly. Clean work areas each day leaving the home as good as it was prior to starting if not better . Show the customer all work that was completed. Give a copy of the invoice for final payment ask for a customer review . Thank the customer for hiring me to complete. his or her project..
