We have an older snow-blower that decided not to start, and before going and investing in a new o, e Hayes came out, looked at it, saw it had more issues than working in our driveway would need, told us what he thought, and took it with him. Throughout the repair process, he was always in touch with what was going on with it, and reached out with estimates before proceeding. Once the machine was running, he delivered it back, and again made sure it was up and running. Hayes was able to fix it and we didn't need to invest in a new snow-blower. He was professional, friendly, and we appreciated his attention to details and always being in communication (even if we were slower to get back to him).
