Ivan was prompt, completed the job the same day, and the value was excellent. We needed home office doors shaved down to fit new clearance requirement after installing carpet. Hiring him again for some drywall repair. Very satisfied.

Ivan was amazing! We needed a few things done at our air bnb (fixing holes, adding grout places, paint, etc) and he showed up on time and fixed everything at a very reasonable price. He even admitted that he wasn't sure how to handle the tile problem we were having and referred a colleague who specializes in tile. I SO appreciated that! He is professional, kind and detail oriented. I will continue to use him for projects in the future.

I think Ivan, the owner of Cosmo Home Fix was worth every bit I paid him and more, he clearly takes pride in his work and does a thoughtful job not just to get paid but because he likes to do excellent work. He hung up my interior door and had no problem with trimming it after we saw that it was too close to the floor then was happy help me get a couple other things done. He was punctual and cheerful, I will ask him to help with other tasks.
