I'm Eli, owner and operator of Fresh Tracks Windows, a small, local business! I bring a careful, detailed focused, approach to window cleaning and holiday lighting. I'm a climber so being on a ladder is second nature to me, this translates to more safety. Many clients use Fresh Tracks for both window cleaning and holiday lighting. While I'm up there we can always add on gutter cleaning too! Based out of North Denver, about a mile from Westminster.

I have a 30' spruce tree that has been begging for holiday lights. I was concerned about the cost, but decided to check it out. Fortunately, Eli, from Bonsai Creations, responded immediately. He was professional, friendly, and his quote was very reasonable for a tree this size. AND, he was available within a couple of days. He completed the job as scheduled, and the job cost me less than the quote. He will also remove the lights and store them until next year. The tree is absolutely stunning, and my neighbors and I couldn't be happier. I'll be calling Eli for additional projects and recommending him to my friends.

I try to be fair for both the customer and myself.

Get a feel for what they need and the price range they want to accomplish the task. Ask lots of questions, both you and me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry for about ten years. Mostly around my own house where mistakes could be tolerated. I'm happy to say that doesn't happen often now.
