It’s not possible to say enough good things about our experience working with Vanessa! We had to get our house listed and had so many fix up projects left that it was overwhelming. Her experience, her ability to plan, and her range of skills were better than anyone we’ve ever hired. The entire time we had the genuine sense that she wanted to help as much as she could. I don’t think there’s any way to compare someone who clearly loves what they do. We’d definitely hire again and recommend her to anyone gladly.

Vanessa is easily the most capable employee I have ever hired. Technically proficient, she quickly assembled various projects I had assigned to her. I was impressed with their flawless construction and abundant attention to detail. I would easily recommend her to anyone, as I am nere.

Excellent experience working with Vanessa! I had a long list of odd jobs that I’d been putting off, and she was able to dive right in and tackle and troubleshoot all things thrown her way. Her communication, initiative and expertise made the entire process seamless—and honestly, enjoyable. I’d absolutely recommend Vanessa and would not hesitate to work with her again!

Had so many issues finding someone reliable, but finally found help to fix my attic access. My wife is thrilled with both the functionality and the attention to detail. My experience was fantastic, I kept thinking of things I needed done and we were able to continue adding to work for the day. Pricing was great and got me back in the wife’s good graces. Thank you!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a two-hour minimum. Depending on the project, I may quote a flat rate or work hourly. I’m happy to discuss pricing upfront so you know what to expect before work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a quick conversation about the project and ask for photos, measurements, or other details that can help me understand what’s involved. For larger or less straightforward projects, I may stop by to take a closer look before giving an estimate.
Once we agree on the scope and price, we can schedule the work. Customers typically cover the cost of materials, and for larger projects I may request a small deposit before work begins. I’ll always discuss that with you beforehand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the Marine Corps as an avionics technician and aircraft electrician, where precision, troubleshooting, and attention to detail were essential. I later attended technical school for motorcycle repair and maintenance.
Those backgrounds taught me how to approach unfamiliar problems methodically, understand how systems work, and figure things out when the solution isn’t immediately obvious.
