Mr. Poole replaced three faucets that after 30 years in service were essentially welded in place. His work was thorough in all aspects (preparation, procecdure, and cleanup). He's professional, respectful, and honest. Anyone wanting an outcome that exceeds expectations should hire Mr. Poole.

Greg came to my place of business, diagnosed the problem w/the front door, said he would get parts online & get back to me. It has been two wks & I still have heard nothing. I will pursue another for my service & repair.

He came by right away and now 4 months later we have had to hire someone else to complete the job. He took a part away and despite repeated attempts to get this done - NOTHING! Very disappointing.
