I needed my toilet fill and flush valve replaced. I took out the old one, but then when I realized I had to take the tank off I was hesitant to do it myself because I have back and neck problems.
I got a message right away with Prime Structure and said Tim could come out tonight and fix it. I was amazed that they could get me in right away. WOW
Tim came out and he was very friendly and professional, very nice guy. He fixed it within 30 mins 🤩
I will definitely keep Tim’s contact info and have him do more work for me.
Definitely recommend these guys!!

Very impressed by Viktar’s work ethic and timeliness. Very transparent communication through the whole process, letting me know what the issue was and how we would resolve it. He did drywall repair, trimming a door that was not closing properly, and caulking the outside door. Went above and beyond.

We had an unexpected bathroom renovation after a pipe burst and Viktar was a lifesaver. He fixed major issues left by a previous contractor, including floor corrections, vanity and toilet installation, baseboards, and more. His work was extremely professional, detailed, and clean, he communicated clearly throughout the process, and his pricing was very fair.Viktar is the most reliable and professional contractor weve worked with in the Denver/Aurora area, and well absolutely hire him again.
