- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices would differ depending on seasons and working conditions. Most of the time I keep the same pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a time for me to take a look at the project, provide a formal and written estimate and coordinate with customer a time to do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working for several contractors and having a lot of inspections give you the training you need.
