Chris was quick to contact me to set up an appointment and was not so booked up that I had to wait weeks to get my project done. He is patient and listened to my needs and methodical in his work. I had one plumbing job that he looked at and once into that job admitted it would be best to hire a licensed plumber. The work he did do was proficient and I have him set up to complete a large project down the road.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions about the details of the job, arrange a time, arrive on time and introduce myself. Make the client comfortable by explaining what I will do. I also like to make sure the client is happy with the work upon completion and to have a nice attitude while I’m working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an architecture degree, and have worked new construction and remodeling. I was trained with the Building Performance Institute as a Building Analyst so I know a lot about how a home operates and best practices.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve done a lot of home maintenance and remodeling projects over the years and have many different skill sets. The work suits me.
