Vladimir was a pro and very knowledgeable. He was a great communicator and on time. Fixed the dishwasher and noticed a leak under the sink and took care of that too. Rates were very competitive. Now I finally found a really good appliance repair person for our five units in Santa Cruz--we have LG appliances and for some reason few repair companies work on LG (I don't know why) but Vladamir does. So happy with the serviceand relieved as we live out of the area--he is in my contacts!!!

I hired Vladimir to replace our old over the range microwave. I am very pleased with his service. Initially, I tried installing it myself but detaching the vent was tricky and drilling holes into the granite backdrop was bit worrisome. While Bay Master Appliance (Master Appliance Repair) tried to charge us over $700, Vladimir only charged me $150. He was right on time, not a second late. Everything about him was professional. I plan to hire him again for other projects.

Vlad is simply amazing. He worked tirelessly to assemble 6 complex furniture pieces. He was punctual, had all the right tools, and he barely had to look at the instructions. I could tell that he loves to build things and is great at it. He also carried 4 heavy boxes up 15 stairs, from my garage to the first floor apartment, all by himself. Finally, I am old and live alone, and Vlad’s kind demeanor made me feel very safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Vladimir!
