FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, required labor, materials, travel, project complexity, and the level of finish expected. Rocky Ridge Handyman is best suited for customers who value professional workmanship, clear communication, and properly completed repairs or improvements. We offer hourly and project-based pricing depending on the type of work. Small service calls may be subject to a minimum service charge. Larger projects are reviewed carefully so we can provide a clear scope of work and accurate estimate. Credit card payments may include a standard processing fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning the project details, location, timeline, and any photos or measurements that help us understand the work. From there, we determine whether the project can be estimated remotely or needs an in-person visit. Once the scope is reviewed, we provide a clear estimate and schedule the work after approval. Our team confirms the details before starting, keeps communication professional, and completes a final walkthrough or project review before closing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 25 years of combined hands-on experience in construction, home repairs, remodeling, commercial work, and field operations. Francisco’s background includes steel manufacturing, structural fabrication, and building erection, where precision, safety, measurements, and proper installation are critical. Erich brings a strong general construction background with experience in both residential and commercial projects, including repairs, remodels, finish work, and project coordination. Together, our experience allows Rocky Ridge Handyman to approach each project with a higher level of planning, workmanship, and accountability. We are fully insured, professionally managed, and focused on delivering clean, reliable, long-lasting results. That wording is strong because it shows: You understand structure and precision. Erich understands residential and commercial construction. The company has real field experience. You are not just “a guy with tools.” You can justify higher-ticket jobs. I would also update the “Why Choose Us” section with this: Construction-Based Experience Our background includes steel manufacturing, building erection, residential construction, commercial projects, remodeling, and finish work. That experience helps us plan better, work cleaner, and deliver more professional results.
