On Top Flooring was great to work with. We needed our 420 square-foot area with 2 types of tile, hardwood, and carpet on stairs that needed to be replaced. We replaced it with vinyl plank flooring. Our floors were on a concrete slab which made for a very dusty project . On Top Flooring did a great job of communicating this ahead of time, so there were no surprises. I really enjoyed that they were on time, on budget, and did great quality work. I especially like that they did the demolition in one day and leveled our concrete before installing the plank vinyl the next day.

Alan and his team did a great job installing new LVP for us. They were efficient, tidy and very courteous. They did a great job tearing out our old carpet, were really helpful moving our furniture and and took extreme care to clean up afterwards. Alan was very responsive and helpful with questions we had afterwards. I would recommend On Top Flooring to anyone needing new flooring

Alan with On the Top Flooring and his team did a fantastic job with the tear-out and installation of new carpet and vinyl plank flooring in our 1500sqft rental property. He was able to get us on his schedule quickly and completed the job in 2 days. His communication was fantastic and very professional. We will be using him for any future flooring projects we have.
