Step by step flooring we're very knowledgeable and professional from the start of the estimate process through to the end of the final three coats of sealant that really made the floor shine!There was about 600 ft of area that had to be replaced from water damage, I had confidence from the beginning of the project that it would be done correctly. There was concrete grinding and leveling, vapor barrier and new subfloor before the new maple flooring could be matched to the existing.

I couldnt be happier with the sanding and refinishing work done by Step by Step Floors! The team was professional, punctual, and extremely skilled. They took my old, scratched-up hardwood floors and transformed them back to their original luster.The attention to detail was impressiveevery corner and edge was flawless. Ramiro completely redid the floors in 2 houses for me (both with hardwood floors throughout & including replacement of the floor in a couple of areas) and did an incredible job!He is thoughtful & thorough in his assessment & explanation of the work needed, his pricing is fair & reasonable, and he was very gracious in working with me on a tight schedule. The jobs were completed in the promised timeframes. He and his team are courteous and prompt, and took great care when moving appliances and keeping things clean.I cant say enough good things about Ramiro and his team and highly recommend them. Dont hesitate to stay local and support small business!
