- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client signs on we celebrate!!!! We then schedule a personalized one-on-one deep dive call. This conversation allows us to get deep into your specific goals, your current status, and where you envision yourself. Together, we chart out the best course of action to help you achieve your goals. The onboarding procedure is seamlessly conducted via email exchanges and a straightforward scheduling link. This hassle-free process ensures that we swiftly set things up, enabling you to focus on your goals without any unnecessary delays. Additionally, depending on the level of support you require, I'll provide you with effective communication channels to ensure we're consistently aligned throughout your journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a retired teacher turned transformational wellness coach, I hold a Board Certified Nutrition and Health Mastery Coach certification. My specialization lies in weight management and hormone reset. Additionally, I'm a licensed teacher, a mom of two, and a business owner. My journey through personal health and weight challenges allows me to relate and empathize with my clients on a personal level, having walked a similar path myself. My commitment to professional growth is unwavering—I firmly believe in continuously investing in myself and adopting the best practices. Should there be a situation beyond my expertise, I ensure my clients receive suitable referrals to other professionals who can provide the necessary assistance.
