Stephanie was very sweet. The office is a very cute house in city park area. Staff was also very nice. She was very expensive, in comparison to 80% of the nutritionalists on this site, and her style just wasn’t going to work for me. She doesn’t meal plan and she made that clear in our phone interview. Hi there, thanks for the [anonymous] review. As I mentioned in your free intro session, my approach is differentiated from that of many other nutritionists. I strongly believe there is no “one size fits all” nutrition plan as every person is unique. It is unfortunate that we weren’t able to work together; I’m confident you would agree with my clients that a personalized program is significantly more beneficial than using generic meal plans. My mission is to help each client optimize his/her health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching, as well as provide the knowledge, tools and support they need to make positive changes that are manageable and sustainable in the long term. - What types of customers have you worked with?I evaluate client's daily diet (through asking them to keep a food journal) and then discuss with them tweaks that they can make which will increase their nutrition and crowd out the bad stuff. I also assist them with navigating the grocery store, meal planning and providing them with healthful, quick and delicious recipes they can prepare for themselves.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Diets don't work and good nutrition is far more complex than the one-carb-one-protein formula. Change doesnt happen with an about-face. It happens by building up habits in our minds. Slowly, step-by-step, I will help you build new habits and make individualized, easily integrated changes, so that you can begin making healthy decisions, effortlessly, and reach your goals permanently.
