I have increased the rating from 2 to 4 stars, due to the supervisor having now made things right and being very good about it -- she called, got the story straight, and said she didn't know who in their office had called me to say my third Groupon visit wouldn't be honored, nor could she understand why or how that happened. Suffice it to say that she got me in immediately, she helped out my bad back very effectively, and I'm now very happy and planning to go back.
