- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our Pricing is Determined to what best fits your needs. Everyone needs to keep the lights on and we understand you do too, that's why our Solutions managers will go over every aspect of what you are paying for in the moment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First would be finding out exactly what needs to happen by going over certain routines, tasks, and concerns. Second would be finding a handful of products that could help. Third would be going over pricing and what you would want to pay. Then scheduling and installation. We also like to make a follow up call to see if things work as intended.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Simon, I have been in the home automation industry for 2 years. Prior to that, I worked for a handful of companies that dealt with installation of furniture and tech. I have experience building advanced pieces of furniture, mounting large TV sets, setting up intricate home theaters, wiring speakers with amplifiers, and installing security cameras for residential and commercial use. All that matters to me is making life more convenient for anyone that needs it.
