- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our job is to provide our customers with a detail comparison between what services they currently have and paying for with what they can get and save on. We are the only Company in Colorado that represent all the competitors for a specific reason which is no pushy or stressed out sales people. We believe in a relaxed environment which gives our customers a reason to hire us for different reasons to take care of their needs. We believe that we are a one stop shop for all our customers and that is what most of them like about our Company.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have few of these but last week we did an install for Ms Vicky as she doesn't like to be called "Ms Smith" bless her heart. She has been a customer of mine for the past 3 years and this year she wanted to replace her tvs and move her surround sound thru the house, install a blue ray dvd player and replace some directv receivers for HD ones. Well she kept on adding more and more tvs and the more we get done she would run to the store and add one more room and then another. She is a very sweet lady but a four hour job turned into an 8 hours one but we give her all the time and attention she needed and she is so happy.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The first thing you should look for is how long à Company has been in business and whether they have their own in-house installers or do they use a third party. We do installations for many companies in and out of state just because they don't know how or are just not willing to take the risk to hire professional installers.
