- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a travel fee if the distance is 10 miles or more as well as cancelation fee for less than 24 hour notification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will recieve a terms and conditions email from me as well ask information about their home and what exactly they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 yrs cleaning experience in general. I have cleaned commercially, hospitality clean as well as residential.
