- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give you an estimated price over the phone but to give you an exact price I need to evaluate the home to see where does it need help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over on what they want, and I ask them about chemical's that I'll be using and ask them if they have any special chemicals they'll like me to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been doing this since I was 13 helping my mom and before that I was thought to clean my house first thing in the morning.
