I moved out of my home and I am unable to drive so I could not be there when the cleaning was done. I have not yet heard about the work quality. She was very good about getting back to me & negotiating a time for the cleaning. Her expected cost was really incredible to me and part of the reason I chose her service.
Now that I have seen her work & gotten a message from the new owner as well, I am very pleased with her work. She is fast, pleasant to work with & I would use her again given the need & opportunity,

She came and cleaned on short notice. I had a company cancel on me last minute. I didn't know what to expect from this company. I am very pleased with the service rendered. I have signed up for bi weekly services. Highly recommend her.

My experience with this company has been excellent. My bathroom and shower especially look practically new. I have high regards for this company as she was punctual, effective and very professional. I did my research and I know this company is the best clean for your buck. I recommend this company to everyone and anyone wanting a clean home with outstanding customer service.

I received a text the morning of our scheduled cleaning - she asked if she was still scheduled. I was driving to meet her at our home + couldn’t text so asked her to give me a call.
When she called, she was in line at Starbucks, talking to me and the barista. Not professional! When I confirmed we still needed her services, she responded with “oh shit”.
She did arrive promptly at the house, regardless, but did not have a vacuum cleaner with her. In our conversation leading up to the scheduled cleaning date, I informed her that we were not yet living at the house. It was a deep clean of an empty house. When she arrived, she was surprised that they would be cleaning the entire house as discussed. She raised the cost from $150 to $450 because of this. I did agree to the cost, anyway.
I left and returned once the house was cleaned and had to mention at least 6 areas that needed to be redone. Even still, a windowsill with chewed gum or caramel from past owners remained.
The house was definitely more clean than when they first began. However, the issues I mention above - lack of professionalism + thoroughness to be specific - will not lead me to hire this company again.
