Pro Carpet Cleaning made everything so convenient. All correspondence was via text (which I loved and was still very professional) - from giving me a quote to scheduling the appointment. They sent reminders about the appointment and let me know which technician would be coming to my house. The guys did a great job and were only here 30 minutes. Super easy to work with. I just moved into a new place and thought whoever did the carpet cleaning before did a pretty lousy job so I went in search of a company that could do a better job, and I found it.
