We offer 50 dollars off for first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by gathering basic information about your home and cleaning needs — such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and any special requests. We then provide a quote and schedule your service at a convenient time. On the day of the cleaning, we do a walkthrough (if you're available) to confirm expectations, then get to work. After the cleaning, we do a final walkthrough or check-in to ensure you're happy with the results. Clear communication and customer satisfaction are always our top priorities!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience and training in residential cleaning, including deep cleaning techniques, proper sanitation practices, and the safe use of cleaning products on different surfaces. We stay up to date with industry best practices and take pride in learning efficient, detail-oriented methods to deliver high-quality results.
